2-/How to order?

✘︎ To place your order, simply contact me on any of the social networks mentioned above..

✘︎ Detail how you want your commission with as many referrals as possible.

3-/Payment

✘︎ Payment methods: Paypal, KO-FI

✘︎ Please read all of my TOS (Terms of Service) and remember that by commissioning me you accept all of them..

✘︎ I will only start the commission after receiving half of the payment (only for purchases over 20$ USD).

✘︎After deciding your order and requesting 50% of the purchase price and after finalizing the artwork and requesting the other 50% of the value.

4-/Process and
Creation

✘︎ There is no Refund after the artwork has started only if I have not started it within 24 hours, so be sure what you want.

✘︎ Art start time is 24 hours after payment, I will communicate as soon as I start the project.

✘︎ Processing time varies depending on the complexity and size of the job, ranging from a week to a month and a half. If you need it in less time, there will be a ""Delivery"" fee (urgent delivery).

✘︎ You can request a WiP (Current Art Process) at any time

✘︎ If it happens and the customer stays away from social media for more than 2-3 days, the commission will have a break until the customer returns and without discounting the delivery time.

5-/ Portfolio and Authorship

✘︎ I will have the right to use the art made for portfolio and post it on social media as the process and the final result containing a watermark marking the client's social network if he agrees.

✘︎ If you want private access to the art, a (negotiable) fee will apply.

✘︎ Do not remove my signature, it is normally hidden within the artwork without interfering with the appearance of the artwork.

✘︎ Don't say you did it, whenever possible give me credit for the work.

6-/ Personal and Commercial Use

✘︎ When ordering from me, you will be asked to tell me how the artwork will be used for commercial or personal use.

✘︎ If you wish to use it for commercial purposes in the future, please contact us again so that the commercial value can be applied to the work.

✘︎ Do not resell this art without applying commercial use, to avoid future problems.

✘︎ For commercial use, the privatization of the art and the withdrawal of the signature may be requested.

✘︎ The commercial value is negotiable.

✘︎Art can be used in banners and social media as long as you don't earn any financial value before getting your permission for commercial use.

7-/ Changes

✘︎ Simple changes like paint tones or adding little things will be completely free.

✘︎ Complicated changes are subject to an additional charge.

✘︎ Complete modification of artwork may result in a 100% fee.
